Phoebe Witch Kiss

This is the Witch's Kiss of the Witch, Phoebe.
This Witch kiss has a design that resembles a large checkered racing flag, much like the ones seen at the finish line in a race, which references Phoebe's racing-based theme to her. Below the flag design is a picture of a triangle with a smaller, filled-in triangle inside, for what her Soul Gem may have looked like before, and it has wind and movement lines around it. Overall, it is supposed to depict Phoebe (referenced by the triangular Soul Gem insignia) passing through a finish line at super-fast speed.

This Witch Kiss marking appears on anyone whom Phoebe The Sky Witch targets, so you'll know that you're in for trouble if it appears on your body!
